How do I use the Electric Scalp Massager?

It's simple. Turn it on with a single button press, choose one of the 4 massage modes, and glide it slowly across your scalp in circular motions. You can use it dry for a quick relaxation session or in the shower with shampoo or scalp serum for a deeper cleanse. The device is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it's safe to use while wet — but don't submerge it directly under water. We recommend 5–10 minutes per session, 3–4 times a week for best results. The 96 silicone nodes do the work — no need to press hard. Just let it glide and enjoy the relief.

When will I see results?

You'll feel relaxation and tension relief immediately — that's the point. For visible improvements in hair health and scalp condition (less buildup, fuller-looking hair, reduced shedding), most people notice a difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Results may vary from person to person depending on your hair type, scalp health, and routine. Hair growth cycles take time, so patience and routine matter more than intensity. How often should I use the Brush Massager?

Daily use is ideal, but even 3–4 times a week will make a difference. Choose one of the three massage modes based on your needs: midday refresh, focus boost, or bedtime relaxation. Use it for 5–10 minutes on dry hair or apply it with your favorite scalp serum for better absorption. The infrared light and kneading bristles work together, so consistency is what brings results — not overuse.

Is it safe for all hair types?

Yes. The soft "strong hemp" bristles are designed to massage without scratching or pulling, making it safe for fine, thick, curly, or color-treated hair. The infrared light penetrates the scalp gently and won't damage hair. If you have a sensitive scalp or skin condition, start on the lowest mode and build up. As always, listen to your body — if something feels off, pause and reassess.

How do I use the Neck & Face Massager?

Apply your favorite serum or moisturizer to clean skin, then glide the massager along your neck and jawline in upward motions. The ergonomic arc fits naturally to your contours. Choose your light therapy mode based on your skin goals, and let the 7,000/min sonic vibrations and gentle heat (45°C) do the work:

  • Red light stimulates collagen production, giving you firmer skin and reducing fine lines over time.
  • Green light balances your skin tone and calms irritation, leaving your complexion even and refreshed.
  • Blue light tightens pores and targets breakouts, helping you maintain clearer, smoother skin.

Sessions take 5–10 minutes. Use 3–5 times per week for firmer, smoother skin over time.

Can I use it with my other skincare products?

Absolutely. In fact, it's designed to enhance absorption. The thermal therapy and sonic vibration help your serums and creams penetrate deeper, so you get more out of what you're already using. Just avoid using it over active breakouts or irritated skin, and always start with clean hands and a clean device.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days in the US, 7–12 days in Canada and the UK, 8–15 days in Australia, and 6–10 days in New Zealand. These are estimates — actual delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and carrier schedules. We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (up to 5 days during peak periods). Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow along.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping kicks in at $80 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). Below that threshold, shipping costs range from $5.95–$13.53 depending on your location. We think it's fair, and it helps us keep product quality high.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can use that link to monitor your package's journey. If something seems off or your tracking hasn't updated in a while, reach out to us at support@dynarist.com and we'll help sort it out.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if you're not completely satisfied. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Just log into your account, click "Return Request" on your order, and submit the form with clear photos or video proof of the product's condition. Our team will review it within 2–5 business days and guide you through the rest. Return shipping is free, but there's a 2% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee your order will arrive within 50 days, or you'll get a full refund — no questions asked. This timeline accounts for potential delays like customs holds, so everyone gets a fair shot regardless of location. If your package doesn't show up within that window, we've got you covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo. We use Shopify Payments, so your checkout is secure and straightforward.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with industry-standard encryption. We don't store your full payment details — that's handled by trusted payment providers. Your information is safe with us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you're in the US, you have 30 minutes after checkout to modify your order. International customers have one day. After that window, modifications aren't allowed — but US customers can use our free return option once the package is delivered. If you remove an item during the modification window, the refund processes immediately, though it may take up to 5 days for your bank to reflect it.

Do you offer discounts or bundles?

We occasionally offer promotions and bundles — the best way to stay in the loop is to subscribe to our email list or follow us on social. We believe in fair pricing and high-quality products, so we don't do gimmicky sales or constant discounts. When we offer something special, it's worth it.
